16 - 18 April 2027

The Interactive Marketing Research Conference (IMRC) returns as a revitalized, reimagined boutique forum for cutting‑edge scholarship and thought leadership in interactive marketing. Hosted by King’s Business School in the heart of London and in collaboration with the Journal of Interactive Marketing, IMRC will take place April 16–18, 2027, and will bring together leading academics and forward‑thinking practitioners to explore how interactive marketing can create value in an age of disruption.

Under the theme Interactive Marketing in an Age of Disruption, IMRC invites participants to think ambitiously about where the field is heading. With a linked special issue in the Journal of Interactive Marketing, the conference is designed as a thought leadership forum: a place where rigorous, managerially relevant research can both challenge existing assumptions and help shape the next generation of interactive marketing theory and practice.
